GovTech Hackathon 2025: Innovation and technology for more efficient public services

Moldova is preparing for a new stage of digitalization through technology. From April 11-13, GovTech Hackathon 2025 brings together developers, designers, entrepreneurs and representatives of public institutions to develop innovative solutions that can transform government services and public administration.
For three days, participants will work in teams to tackle real challenges in the public sector, with the chance to win prizes totaling 100,000 MDL.
What topics will be addressed?
- Simplifying citizens’ access to public services
- Digitizing education
- Implementing cashless payments in public transportation
- Other innovative solutions to streamline administration
The aim of the event is to find concrete solutions to the problems citizens face in their daily lives through the use of technology.
