Join the Network of Euro Clubs and EU Information Centres – Be part of the largest community of young promoters of the European Union in Moldova

Are you young, eager to learn, get involved and build the future of your country? Do you want to promote the values of the European Union and learn how to actively contribute to Moldova’s European integration? Now is the time to become a member of the Euro Clubs and join the EU Information Centres!

The Euro Clubs and Information Centres of the European Union (CIUE) are an extensive network of multipliers of information on the contribution of the European Union to the development of the Republic of Moldova, the improvement of the quality of life of citizens, the tangible results of the continuous support offered by the EU and the opportunities that can be accessed by the members of the communities where they operate. Euro Clubs and Information Centres of the European Union contribute to the collection and dissemination of knowledge on European themes: policies, institutions, community programmes, neighbourhood relations, etc.

What do you get as a member of the network?

1. Participation in EU Accelerator 2.0 – an innovative youth programme that will help you develop your leadership skills and promote European integration:

  • Trainings on topics such as effective communication, leadership, civic engagement and promotion of EU values;
  • Public debates on the economic benefits of EU membership, the involvement of young people in European decision-making, and EU policies;
  • Local communication campaigns initiated by young people, to inform communities and collect feedback through surveys on perceptions of the EU;
  • EU Communicators’ School: an advanced media training programme for the most active participants, which includes content creation (articles, videos, online campaigns) and social media strategies.

2. Engaging in interactive activities and networking experiences for members

  • EU Model: A practical experience simulating the decision-making processes of the European Union, implemented in partnership with the EU4Youth programme and the Young European Ambassadors.
  • Youth Caravan 2025: A mobile initiative that brings EU-related activities and information directly to young people in Moldova’s regions, in collaboration with CNTM.
  • Moldova Youth Forum 2025: The Moldova Youth Forum 2025 is a reference platform for young leaders from across the country, promoting dialogue, innovation and active participation in the country’s decision-making processes. The event will include panel discussions, interactive workshops and networking opportunities, all designed to empower young people and amplify their voice in decision-making.

3. Access to opportunities and belonging to an active community of young people

  • Young European Ambassadors: An apolitical, voluntary and vibrant communication network that connects and builds bridges of friendship between young people from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and the EU Member States and the United Kingdom.
  • A Cup of Europe: Inspirational events organised at the Europe Café, with diplomats, opinion leaders and influencers who will discuss EU-related topics, encouraging direct interaction between young people and experts.
  • Access to information about scholarships, trainings, study visits to Europe and other opportunities for personal and professional development.

How can you apply?

  • Find the EU Information Centre or Euro Club you are interested in. They are hosted by libraries, high schools, and universities across the country. Check the interactive map to find the nearest location;
  • Create a motivational video in which you tell us why you want to join and how you can contribute to the promotion of European values;
  • Fill out the application form, selecting the center or club you want to join.

By joining the EU Information Centres and Euro Clubs network, you have access to an active community of like-minded young people, educational, social and cultural activities that develop skills such as leadership, communication and critical thinking. Through your involvement, you can contribute to promoting European unity and spreading information about European Union policies and projects in Moldova, having a positive impact on your community.

Today, in the Republic of Moldova there are 15 EU Information Centers and 17 Euro Clubs, which are meant to spread information about the assistance of the European Union and the contribution of its member states to the well-being of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova, to get involved in information and awareness-raising activities.
