MentorUp – the program that connects young people with professionals and development opportunities. Sign up by April 23

A new program aimed at young people in Chisinau municipality is launched under the name MentorUp – an initiative that aims to bring generations closer through mentoring, personal and professional development. The program is aimed at young people who want to learn from the experiences of others, shape a clear career path and connect with an active learning community.

MentorUp offers participants:

• A dedicated mentor who will guide and support the learning process;
• Individual and group sessions focused on participants’ goals and needs;
• Themed workshops and networking events with professionals from various fields;
• Access to a community of engaged and motivated young people.

Interested young people can apply for the program until 23 April 2025 by filling out the online application form available HERE.

After registration, selected participants will have the opportunity to interact directly with mentors in fields relevant to their aspirations.

The project is financially supported under the Municipal Grant Program for Youth Organizations in mun. Chisinau, launched by the General Directorate of Education, Youth and Sport and the Chisinau Municipal Youth Center, under the aegis of the Chisinau City Hall.

The MentorUp Programme is implemented by the Public Association “AVANTE” Youth Resource Centre, an organization dedicated to supporting young people in their learning, exploration and affirmation processes.

AVANTE representatives say that through this initiative they aim to create a safe and stimulating environment for young people, where they can benefit from support, resources and useful contacts to achieve their goals. The program complements local efforts to encourage the active participation of young people and provide them with relevant tools for adapting to the labor market and civic engagement.
