Development Training Institute “MilleniuM” announces the selection of participants for the Development Program “Civic Vector”.Program through which you will learn to identify local problems, develop solutions and implement civic initiatives with other young people involved.
Profile of participants:
- Youth workers active in Youth Centers or Local Youth Councils in Chisinau and/or its suburbs
- Young men and women aged between 16 and 35 years from the municipality of Chisinau and/or its suburbs, involved in volunteering activities, civic initiatives or community projects
Why participate?
- You will learn how to identify and analyze community problems
- You will develop and implement concrete civic initiatives
- You will collaborate with other active young people and youth professionals
- You will benefit from personalized mentoring throughout the program
Structure of activities:
- Outdoor Training 1: June 23 – 27, 2025 – Theme: Identifying Community Problems
- Outdoor Training 2: July 23 – 27, 2025 – Theme: Identifying Solutions to Community Problems
- Outdoor Training 3: August 22 – 26, 2025 – Theme: Developing initiatives and preparing for implementation
- June – November 2025: Mentoring sessions
- August – November 2025: Implementing initiatives in the community

IMPORTANT!
❗️Trainingurile will take place outside Chisinau, outdoor, with tented accommodation and outdoor activities.
❗️Cazarea, catering and transportation from Chisinau to the venue are fully covered by the organizers
