Development Training Institute “MilleniuM” has started the registration process for participation in the “Long-Term Course in Training of Trainers”
The Long-Term Course in Training of Trainers is the only course in the Republic of Moldova, developed on the basis of the European Set of Trainers’ Competencies.
The course runs for 6 months and is intended for those who organize training and training activities:
- youth workers
- persons responsible for the work of regional student councils
- teachers.

At the end of the program, participants will develop key competencies such as:
- understanding and facilitating the individual and group training process;
- instructional process design;
- directing your own learning process;
- successful cooperation in a team of trainers;
- effective communication with others;
- intercultural competence;
