Weekly career guidance sessions for young people at the Chisinau Municipal Youth Center

Young people in Chisinau who want to clarify their professional direction now have a practical and accessible tool at their disposal – the Career Guidance and Orientation Service, held weekly at the Chisinau Municipal Youth Center.

This initiative is part of the ongoing personal and professional development program dedicated to young people aged between 14 and 35. The main aim is to support them in the process of discovering their vocation and making informed career decisions.

What a guidance session entails:

• Personalized individual counselling tailored to young people’s interests, needs and dilemmas;
• Vocational testing, which provides a detailed profile of personal skills, interests and values;
• Access to up-to-date information on the most in-demand professions in the Republic of Moldova and labour market trends;
• Recommendations on vocational training and educational options available;
• Support in making an informed decision, taking into account personal aspirations and socio-economic realities.

The sessions are organized on a weekly basis, according to individual schedules, and take place at the Chisinau Municipal Youth Centre, located at 90 Mitropolit Varlaam Street. Participants can choose to meet individually, with a friend or in a small group format.
