The <strong>&#8220;Zoom In&#8221;<\/strong> event <strong>,<\/strong> organized by <strong>Victoriabank<\/strong> in partnership with <strong>AIESEC<\/strong>, offered students and graduates a real opportunity to discover what a day in the life of a banking professional is like.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A day behind the scenes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim of the event was to bring young people closer to the reality of the financial system and to give them an authentic insight into what it is like to build a career in the industry.<\/p>\n<p>Participants interacted directly with specialists from Victoriabank, participated in <strong>1-on-1 discussions<\/strong>, <strong>practical workshops<\/strong> and <strong>simulations of real-life situations<\/strong>, discovering what skills are really important in a modern banking environment.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was a very useful experience, I understood more clearly what it means to work in a bank and how important communication and attention to detail are,&#8221; said one young participant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job shadowing competition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One of the key moments was the competition for a <strong>job shadowing<\/strong> experience &#8211; a prize that gives the most engaged young people the chance to spend a day <strong>shadowing<\/strong> a Victoriabank employee, observing the work inside the institution.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative allows participants to see first-hand how theory turns into practice and how a career is built step by step.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inspiring collaboration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;We want Zoom In to be more than an informative event &#8211; we want it to be a real step towards young people&#8217;s careers.
