The program is aimed at young leadership experts who aspire to effective collaboration in a <em>multilingual and multicultural society.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>How important is social cohesion?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Republic of Moldova is a diverse society that serves as a home to many people of different ethnicities, and intercultural dialog is an <em>essential factor in establishing peaceful and productive communication<\/em>. The existence of trust and mutual respect can foster the interaction of young people from different regions of the country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the aim of the program<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The main objective of this program is to <em>create active citizens<\/em> and to encourage them to offer new opportunities that can enhance the establishment of cooperation and respect between people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What the program offers <\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a 2-day intensive training based on the study of <em>social human rights, minority rights, equality, principles of non-violent communication<\/em> and others;<\/li>\n<li>a 1-day event with the participation of all 50 participants, dedicated to <em>the exchange of experience<\/em>;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>creating <em>new knowledge<\/em> and developing <em>team spirit<\/em>;<\/li>\n<li><em>Door-to-Door activities<\/em> and dialogues with residents on sensitive local issues, social cohesion and the value of ethnocultural and linguistic diversity as a resource for the development of the Republic of Moldova;<\/li>\n<li>other activities and initiatives that can be carried out by participants after the completion of the basic training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Who can participate?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Young men and women are invited to participate in the project:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aged 18-35 years<\/li>\n<li>domiciled in the Republic of Moldova<\/li>\n<li>who identify themselves as representatives of both ethnic minorities and Moldovan and Romanian ethnic groups<\/li>\n<li>interested in inter-ethnic dialog, strengthening social cohesion and active civic involvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Program period: <\/strong>March-May 2026<\/p>\n<p>Participation in the program is <strong>free of charge<\/strong>. The organizers cover all expenses including accommodation, food and necessary materials.
