te raporta la tine, \u00een care ajungi s\u0103 sim\u021bi c\u0103<br\/>nu e\u0219ti suficient de bun, chiar \u0219i atunci c\u00e2nd rezultatele tale spun contrariul.<br\/>De ce apare sindromul impostorului?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acesta este combina\u021bia unor mai mul\u021bi factori, de exemplu compararea constant\u0103 cu<br\/>ceilal\u021bi, perfec\u021bionismul \u0219i frica de a gre\u0219i \u00eei pot face pe tineri s\u0103 simt\u0103 c\u0103 nu sunt<br\/>niciodat\u0103 \u201edestul de buni\u201d. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, presiunea de a demonstra c\u0103 merit\u0103 locul<br\/>pe care \u00eel au, dificultatea de a accepta propriile reu\u0219ite sau mediile competitive.<br\/>Re\u021belele sociale pot contribui \u0219i ele la acest fenomen, deoarece oamenii tind s\u0103<br\/>prezinte mai ales partea \u201eperfect\u0103\u201d a vie\u021bii lor, ceea ce poate crea impresia c\u0103 ceilal\u021bi<br\/>se descurc\u0103 mai bine sau reu\u0219esc mai mult.<br\/>Strategii de gestionare:<br\/>1) Un coach sau un mentor te poate sprijini s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi recuno\u0219ti mai u\u0219or realiz\u0103rile \u0219i s\u0103<br\/>\u00ee\u021bi cre\u0219ti \u00eencrederea \u00een propriile abilit\u0103\u021bi.<br\/>2) \u00cemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219irea experien\u021belor cu persoane care trec prin situa\u021bii similare poate oferi<br\/>validare emo\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i sentimentul c\u0103 nu e\u0219ti singur \u00een aceast\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103.<br\/>3) Setarea unor a\u0219tept\u0103ri realiste fa\u021b\u0103 de tine \u0219i stabilirea unor obiective accesibile te<br\/>poate ajuta s\u0103 reduci presiunea \u0219i s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi evaluezi mai corect progresul.<br\/>4) Oferirea unor mici recompense dup\u0103
