AIESEC Chisinau, the AIESEC International branch, present in more than 120 countries around the world, announces the launch of its recruitment process. • Talent Management, for anyone who likes working with people. The department will give you the opportunity to manage teams, manage recruitment processes and develop strategies to grow and motivate our members;
• Finance & Legal, which will give you the opportunity to learn how to manage budgets, analyze financial metrics, and ensure legal and compliance compliance within the organization;
• Operations, which unifies all activities related to international exchanges and volunteering projects. Here you will have the opportunity to coordinate international programs and work closely with participants from different countries, facilitating cross-cultural experiences and contributing to the global impact that AIESEC generates.
