ANDA recruits new members for the executive team and trainers in debates  

The National Association for Academic Debates (NAAD) has launched a call for recruitment for new members of its executive team, as well as for the formation of a stable network of trainers and judges in debate. Interested persons can submit their applications until February 14, 2025, and will participate in a structured selection process in several stages.

For those who wish to get involved in the coordination and development of ANDA’s activities, the following positions are available:

• Social Media Department
• Marketing and External Relations Department
• Human Resources Department
• Technical Department
• Project Writing Department
• Design Department
• Event organization department

Also, a stable team of trainers and referees is formed, intended for people with experience in debates, who want to contribute to the training and guidance of the new generation of debaters.

Recruitment will take place in several stages:

• Submission of applications – until February 14
• The interview – organized online
• Announcement of results – February 17, 2025

The selected candidates will have the opportunity to be part of an active team and to develop essential skills in management, communication and event organization. At the same time, they will have access to guidance from experienced mentors and will be able to gain relevant experience in their field of interest.
