If you would like to continue your high school or higher education in the Republic of Moldova, then apply for the Rotary Scholarship 2026!

Purpose

The purpose of the Rotary Scholarship is to provide financial aid in the amount of 1000 euro to cover the academic costs for pupils/students who wish to continue their studies in the Republic of Moldova.

Who can apply?

To apply, the following criteria must be met:

  • Pupils/students in grades X-XII;
  • Outstanding skills and achievements in a particular field;
  • Maintenance of very good (outstanding/excellent) school, academic results;
  • Involvement in voluntary and/or extracurricular activities;
  • Attending an educational institution in the Republic of Moldova;
  • Demonstration of financial need by presenting an official document;
  • Continuing secondary or higher education studies in the Republic of Moldova.

Documents required

  1. CV (including personal information, contact details and volunteering experience);
  2. Academic transcript of the last 3 years, including the current year;
  3. Confirmation of financial need;
  4. Answers, in the form of a mini-essay, to some questions.

It is also possible to enclose diplomas, certificates or awards attesting to qualifications and achievements in the last 3 academic years, including the current year.

The scholarship recipient will have to ensure financial transparency in the use of the amount received and show interest in the work of a Rotary or Rotaract club in his/her area.
