On February 11, 2026, the academic community and young people interested in business are invited to attend an event dedicated to professional and leadership development. Entitled “Business Talk”, this event will feature as special guest Dorin Grițcan, founder and CEO of Esempla Systems. The meeting will take place at 18:00, at the State University of Moldova, Block 4, Room 343.

Structure and organization of the event

The event is designed to take the form of an open discussion, avoiding the format of academic presentations. The organizers propose a straightforward approach, where the guest will share his or her professional journey, focusing on the concrete realities of running a technology company.

The discussion will cover several key topics in the current economic context:

  • The challenges of entrepreneurship: they will discuss the difficult moments encountered in running a business and the lessons learned from crisis management.
