Culinary experience at the Cooking Club: The young people explored the art of gastronomy with Coralia Babcenco

Young people passionate about gastronomy gathered at the Cooking Club of the Chisinau Municipal Youth Center, where they had the opportunity to discover the secrets of culinary art together with Coralia Babcenco, national and international trainer in the field.
During this session, the participants prepared two delicious and creative recipes:
- Strawberries in chocolate – an exquisite dessert that combines the intense flavors of chocolate with the freshness of fruit;
- Salad “Heart” – a balanced recipe, ideal for a healthy lifestyle.
In addition to preparing these delicacies, participants learned about:
- The importance of the balance of ingredients for a harmonious preparation;
- Plating techniques, essential for the attractive presentation of the dishes;
- The role of attention to detail in perfecting the culinary art.The Cooking Club is not only about recipes, but also about developing practical skills, creativity and discovering a possible passion for culinary art. The Chisinau Municipal Youth Center continues to create opportunities for young people, providing them with spaces to learn and explore in a friendly and interactive environment.
