Theater is an effective way of personal development and improving communication skills. In this context, young people interested in self-expression and exploring the artistic universe are invited to participate in the activities organized within the Theatre Club. This project is designed as a learning space where participants can learn specific acting techniques under the guidance of a specialist.

Running of the sessions and program of activities

Club activities take place regularly every Tuesday, starting at 18:00. The venue for these sessions is the Municipal Youth Center, located at 90 Mitropolit Varlaam Street. The program is structured in such a way as to allow a constant evolution of the participants, giving them the opportunity to integrate the theoretical notions into immediate practical exercises.

The training is given by the professional actor Eugeniu Matcovschi, who guides each participant through the complex process of actor training. The presence of an experienced mentor ensures a high level of professionalism and gives young people access to authentic working methods used in professional theaters.

Training objectives and working atmosphere

During each meeting, fundamental elements of the performing arts will be covered. The sessions are interactive and focus on several directions of development:

  1. The Art of Speech and Communication: participants will learn how to use their voice to express themselves clearly and convey emotions in a controlled and effective way.
  2. Stage movement: An important aspect of the course is body control and coordination in space, which are essential for any public presence.
  3. Developing creativity: Specific exercises are designed to stimulate imagination, artistic courage and self-confidence.
  4. Character analysis: Participants will explore the psychology of characters, learning how to analyze a text and how to achieve the metamorphosis necessary for an authentic interpretation.

The emphasis is on creating a safe environment where each young person feels free to experiment and discover their creative potential. Theater is seen not just as a form of entertainment, but as a tool for self-discovery that helps to overcome stage fright and improve diction.
