First job without experience? Learn the winning strategy at the Job Accelerator 5.0 MeetUp

How to get a job without experience? This is the question that young people will get the answer to at the fourth MeetUp of the Job Accelerator 5.0 project, which will take place on November 18, 2025 at the Student Hub, ASEM, starting at 18:00.

The event, dedicated to young people aged between 16 and 35, is organized by MentorMe, with the support of the National Agency for Youth and the Ministry of Education and Research, and aims to prepare young people for first interviews, build a career strategy and make effective use of the LinkedIn platform.

The secret to early success

The special guest of the event is Vicky Ulinici, HR expert, career coach and content creator with over 12 years of experience in the HR field. As a mentor at HR Portal, Tekwill Academy and MentorMe, Vicky Ulinici has guided dozens of young people to successful careers.

At the MeetUp, participants will learn how to build a compelling CV, what details matter in an interview and how to increase their professional visibility on LinkedIn. They will also learn how to define their career direction and set clear goals for the future.

Why attend

The MeetUp is part of a series of events that prepare young people for the final Job Accelerator event, where they will have the opportunity to interact directly with potential employers.

Participation is free, but places are limited. The event provides a valuable opportunity for young people who want to develop professionally and gain a better understanding of what employers expect from the job market.
