Chisinau City History Museum organizes a special cultural event dedicated to visual art and national heritage. On Friday, January 16, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., there will be the launch of the photo album entitled “MOLDOVA”, created by artist-photographer Gerhard Mann.

The event is an opportunity for the general public to discover the beauty of the country through the prism of an artist based in the Republic of Moldova.

About the author and his artistic vision

Gerhard Mann is a photographer originally from Germany who chose to settle in Chisinau. His passion for photography is defined by the desire to transform every frame into a creative challenge. The artist focuses on capturing the unusual details and moments that often go unnoticed, believing that every image is an opportunity to create something amazing.

Details of the album “MOLDOVA”

The released album consists of 96 pages of photographs illustrating natural landscapes, urban architecture and aspects of everyday life.
