Session “Effective Communication” at the Social Etiquette Course

The Rîșcani Youth Center is pleased to announce a new session of the Social Etiquette Course, part of the Youth Personal Development Program. The theme of this session is “Effective Communication”, and our trainer, Zinaida Soroceanu, recognized expert in education and relational communication, will guide the participants through the secrets of effective communication.

It is aimed at young people between the ages of 14 and 35 and offers a unique opportunity to learn essential communication techniques that will build your relationships and boost your self-confidence. Participation is free!
During the session, participants will explore:
- Strategies for active listening and expressing ideas clearly.
- Conflict management and negotiation techniques.
- The importance of non-verbal language in communication.
- Ways of adapting the communication style depending on the context and interlocutor.
