The Red Cross Society of Moldova has launched a free psychological helpline

In a remarkable initiative to support people in need, the Red Cross Society of Moldova, in collaboration with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, has launched the HELP LINE telephone helpline, offering basic psychological support.

Who is it aimed at?

If you are facing stress, anxiety or uncertainty, or simply feel the need to talk to someone who really listens, this initiative is for you. The HELP LINE is available to anyone in need of emotional support, including refugees and people in difficult situations.

What services does it offer?

The Psychological Support Helpline offers:

  • Emotional support: to help people cope with everyday stress and challenges.
  • Active listening: by people trained in psychological first aid.
  • Referral: link to specialized psychological services as needed.

HELP LINE is available free of charge, Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 16:00, on the following numbers:
