Tinca Malcoci, Volunteer of the Year 2023, urges young people to take part in the 2024 Municipal Volunteer Festival

Tinca Malcoci, nominated the most active volunteer in the field of education, arts and culture in 2023, shared her successful volunteering experience and gave an inspirational message to young people in Chisinau.
“I believe that it is necessary to participate in this festival, first of all to prove to you that you have not done your volunteering activities in vain,” Tinca said, encouraging young people to apply for the 2024 Municipal Volunteer Festival.
