The students of the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Nicolae Testemitanu” are invited to attend an essential workshop for the busy session period: “Emotional regulation and stress management before the session”, organized by the Center for Psychological Counseling and Career Guidance (CCPGC).

This workshop provides a safe, empathic and professional space dedicated to understanding emotions, identifying individual coping mechanisms and preventing overstress. Participants will explore self-regulation strategies and practical techniques that can support psychological balance throughout the session.

What will you learn in the workshop?

– Identify your own coping mechanisms;

– Recognizing overload signals and managing them effectively;

– strategies for emotional regulation in stressful times;

– connecting with inner resources to maintain emotional balance;

– psychological approach centered on students’ real-life experiences.

The meeting will last 90 minutes and will be moderated by Corina Lazăr, psychologist at CCPGC.

Workshop in English: Stress and Coping Strategies

CCPGC invites students to a workshop in English with the theme “Stress and Coping Strategies”, dedicated to understanding the psychological mechanisms of resilience and self-regulation in stressful situations.

Participants will explore:

– Mindful stress management techniques;

– coping and self-regulation strategies;

– personal resilience resources;

– ways of reducing the effects of stress.

The workshop will last 80 minutes and will be moderated by Irina Dvornina, psychologist at CPCCG.
