Volunteer Empowerment Program of the Chisinau Municipal Youth Center: Day 2 was a success!

The second day of the Chisinau Municipal Youth Center’s Volunteer Empowerment Program offered a valuable range of development opportunities for the young people involved.

Volunteers participated in interactive and informative sessions on various topics such as:

• Volunteers’ time management with facilitator Mihail Popescu: where they learned how to effectively manage their time in order to get actively involved in volunteering projects and juggle other responsibilities.
• Team building activities with Mihai Rotaru: they strengthened communication, collaboration and team problem solving skills through interactive exercises.
• CapCut app session provided by Andreea Sajin: they discovered how to use this popular app to create engaging video content to promote their volunteering projects.
• Specifics of volunteering led by Valeria Damaschin: they received detailed information about the role, responsibilities, ethical principles and core values of volunteering.

The aim of the program is to have a significant positive impact on the personal and professional development of the volunteers, inspiring them to become promoters of positive change!
