Volunteer empowerment program of the Chisinau Municipal Youth Center: in full swing!

We are pleased to announce that our Volunteer Empowerment Program is in full swing, providing opportunities for volunteers to develop their skills and get actively involved in the community.
Today, July 16, participants benefited from a series of interactive and informative training sessions covering a wide range of topics.

Young participants benefited from a range of sessions including:

• Volunteers’ time management led by Mihail Popescu where volunteers learned how to effectively manage their time in order to get actively involved in volunteering projects and juggle other responsibilities.
• Team building and team work activities where young people together with Stanislav Leșco experienced various interactive exercises that strengthened their communication, collaboration and team problem solving skills.
• CapCut app: Video Editing and Editing session delivered by Andreea Sajin where volunteers discovered how to use this popular app to create engaging video content to promote their volunteering projects and inspire other young people.
• Specifics of the volunteer activity led by Valeria Damaschin. Volunteers received detailed information about the role and responsibilities of a volunteer, as well as the ethical principles and core values of volunteering.

We are convinced that this program will significantly contribute to the personal and professional development of the volunteers, giving them the knowledge and skills to get involved and make a positive difference in the community.
