Youth Chess Championship: The opportunity to put your strategic thinking to the test! You can win cash prizes and it is intended for young people aged 14 – 25 years old

Young people from Chisinau who are passionate about strategy, logic and planning are invited to participate in the Chess Championship organized by the Chisinau Municipal Youth Center. The competition is intended for amateurs and will take place for two age categories:
- 14 – 17 years old
- 18 – 25 years old
The event aims to promote the development of strategic thinking and concentration, providing participants with a platform where they can test their skills and improve their playing technique.
The top three players in each age category will be rewarded with cash prizes:
- First place – 700 lei
- Second place – 500 lei
- Third place – 300 lei
These awards are meant to encourage the performance and dedication of young people who want to develop
their analysis and strategy skills through a game that has always been considered an art of thinking.
Participation in the Chess Championship is free, and young people between the ages of 14 and 25 can register by filling out the form available online, HERE.
The Chisinau Municipal Youth Center aims, by organizing this championship, to support the personal development of young people and to offer them educational and competitive activities that contribute to the formation of valuable skills for the future.
