Career challenge – barista and waiter for a day

What does it really mean to work in a café? How much effort, care and passion is behind the cup of coffee that makes our day? In the new edition of ‘Career Challenge’, the presenters decided to find out the answers from the source – by taking up the challenge to become baristas and waiters for a day.

Throughout the experience, they discovered that working in a café is not just about smiles and smelling good coffee, but also about discipline, precision and team spirit. From grinding the beans to the art of perfect frothing, each step requires concentration and a dose of creativity.

Their roles as waiters tested their attention to detail and ability to interact with customers, while managing orders and serving meals proved to be real tests of speed and organization.

With humor, energy and curiosity, the moderators went through all the stages of a day’s work in a café, giving the audience an honest look at the profession – seemingly simple, but challenging and rewarding.
